Questions, answered

Do I need supplier accounts?

You should have the appropriate supplier account or authorization for the products you sell. You can browse and configure products before connecting credentials, and supplier setup does not block onboarding. Credentials can be added later; Zibblo validates them before storing them encrypted.

Will it overwrite my existing Shopify products?

No. Zibblo only touches the products you choose to publish. If you already sell supplier products, you can link them to the catalog instead — Zibblo adopts them as-is and just keeps their inventory in sync.

What does Zibblo cost?

Zibblo has one Membership plan: $99/month per Shopify store after a 7-day free trial. The subscription is approved and billed securely through Shopify, and you can cancel anytime.

How does product pricing work?

Set markup, margin, or fixed-price rules, then adjust individual products or variants when needed. Zibblo shows supplier costs alongside your selling prices before you publish.

How often does inventory update?

Automatically every 6 hours. Choose the supplier warehouses you ship from, and Zibblo updates linked Shopify inventory using those stock totals to reduce the risk of overselling.

Does Zibblo support S&S Activewear?

Yes. The S&S Activewear catalog is included with SanMar in the same Membership, with the same product configuration, pricing, image, publishing, warehouse, and inventory workflow.

Can I publish products from both suppliers together?

Yes. Select SanMar and S&S Activewear products in the same bulk publish. Zibblo safely processes one supplier at a time and starts the next automatically, while showing the progress of both.

What happens during the 7-day trial?

The trial unlocks the full Membership, including product publishing and inventory synchronization. Shopify shows the subscription terms before you approve it, and the $99 monthly charge begins only after the trial unless you cancel first.
