These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zibblo application (the "App") and the website at zibblo.app (the "Site"), provided by Zibblo ("Zibblo," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By installing, accessing, or using the App or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site. If you use the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Zibblo helps Shopify merchants import the SanMar wholesale catalog into their store, set pricing rules, create branded product mockups, and keep inventory and pricing synchronized. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the service.
You must have a valid Shopify store and a SanMar account or authorization to use SanMar catalog data in order to use the App's core features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. The App is intended for businesses, not consumers.
Zibblo is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SanMar or Shopify. Your use of Shopify and SanMar is governed by their own terms and policies, and your relationship with SanMar (including pricing, ordering, and fulfillment) is solely between you and SanMar. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of the SanMar catalog or for any third-party service the App relies on.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the logos, designs, images, text, and other materials you upload or create using the App ("Your Content"). You grant Zibblo a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you (for example, rendering mockups and publishing product listings to your store). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Your Content. The App, the Site, and all related software, branding, and materials remain the property of Zibblo and its licensors.
The App is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future. If we do, any charges and the applicable plan terms will be presented to you, and — for Shopify merchants — billed through Shopify's billing system, before they take effect. Continued use of a paid feature after pricing is introduced constitutes acceptance of the applicable charges.
The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that catalog, inventory, or pricing data will always be accurate or current. You are responsible for reviewing product, inventory, and pricing data before selling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zibblo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App or Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zibblo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or Site, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zibblo is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App or Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
